Forms, tabs, accordions and sliders

Ask for an enquiry form, a tabbed section, an FAQ accordion or a slideshow and get working WordPress blocks styled to your site. Where form entries arrive.

Updated

There is no form builder, widget panel or wizard: you ask, and the assistant builds the element as a real WordPress block in your site's style, editable afterwards in the block editor.

Enquiry forms #

Add an enquiry form to the contact section with name, email and message. Keep the current design.

  • One form per section, with up to eight labelled fields: text, email, phone, web address, multi-line text, dropdown, date and number.
  • Required fields, email checks, success and error messages and spam protection are built in. A captcha is off until you switch it on in the form settings.
  • Entries are stored in WordPress: open WordPress admin → Studio → Forms. The Forms tab lists each form with its entry count, latest entry and the page it was sent from. Entries lists every submission with search, sort, filter by form and a single-entry view. Settings holds the sender address, captcha and integration settings.
  • Entries survive later chat edits to the form; removing a form does not delete its entries.
  • In the browser draft, entries are saved but no email is sent; the chat says so when it adds a form. Email goes out once the site is on a web host.
  • Each answer is limited in length, and a form accepts at most 20 submissions in ten minutes. It is an enquiry form, not a booking or payment system; ask for a shop for payments.

Tabs and accordions #

Show the pricing as monthly and yearly tabs.

Add an FAQ section as an accordion.

These become WordPress's own Tabs and Accordion blocks, styled like the rest of the site and editable in the block editor. To change a tab's label, ask in chat.

Sliders and slideshows #

Add a carousel of guest reviews.

Make the hero a slideshow that rotates every 6 seconds.

  • Autoplay from 2 to 30 seconds a slide, an optional fade, previous and next buttons, dots, and a pause button while autoplaying.
  • Swipe, trackpad and keyboard all work; autoplay pauses while the pointer is over the slider and never runs for visitors who prefer reduced motion.
  • Point at a slider with Click to edit and ask "show two at a time on wide screens".
  • Not available: zoom or pan transitions, a different duration per slide, a slider inside a slide.

When you bring an existing website over, its slideshows come across as working sliders with the same slides and captions.
